Welcome to Waterloo’s own Pickup Hub, where you can participate in a single game on a drop-in basis.

How To Get Started…

1. Create a Pickup Hub player account.

2. Reserve your spot online.

3. Check-in with Customer Service before your game to receive a wristband.

4. Have fun playing a sport you love!

Wristband Policy:

Wristbands indicate you as a player for the game, and it is your receipt – it must be worn. If you do not have your wristband, Program Staff will ask you to obtain it from Customer Service, and this can occur even after your game has begun. Staff can also request your ID to verify you are a registered player, so please be prepared to show ID.

Player Fees:

Buying, selling or using someone else’s spot in any PickupHub program is NOT PERMITTED. Players must remove themselves from a game allowing a new person to then take that spot. If you remove yourself prior to 12 hours before the game start time you will not be charged. If you continue to buy, sell or use someone else’s spot the result could be an indefinite suspension from the platform.

Game fees will only ever be taken at the time that a game goes live. If your game does not reach the minimum number of players before your game it will be cancelled, and players will not be charged. It is recommended that you always carry a light and dark coloured jersey to assist in team delineation.
