This game is 90 mins long. Winning team stays on the field. Rotation happens after 4 minutes or first goal. The team that stays on, must score to stay on, otherwise they come off after 4 minutes.

The Black team and white team will start first. The Black team must score within four minutes or will come off. After that the rotation applies as described above.

If your team doesn't have a designated goalie, each person on the team will take a turn in net for a 4 minute segment.
